Discovery Junior Day Camp (Age 3-Grade 1)

The Discovery Junior Day Camp caters to our youngest campers on the DC Campus. The dynamic environment in the Discovery Junior Day Camp is intentionally designed to promote rich learning experiences that encourage children to be creative, curious, and independent. Through fun and interactive lessons, special events, and inspiring activities, the Discovery Junior campers create and explore in an enriching environment that fosters play and positive social interaction.  Campers will be in an age/grade specific homebase where they will participate in diverse activities that focus on development, movement, coordination, and discovery.  Activities including, but not limited to arts, music, sports & games, and more! Campers will also enjoy time in their homeroom engaged in a variety of activities tied to the weekly camp theme. Campers will be laughing, moving, playing and creating both indoors and outside each day.  Sign-up with a friend or make new ones!

Activities will be adjusted to match the ages and skills of each group.  Each group will be led by an enthusiastic adult ‘teacher’ with experience working with young children and a high school or college aged counselor who work together to create a fun, stimulating, and supportive environment for all campers.

*All Campers must be fully potty trained to attend camp.
