Lacrosse (Grades 1-6)
1 week session 4:00pm–6:00pm $250
We are excited to announce a co-ed Lacrosse clinic on the DC campus. This clinic is designed to help kids from grades 1–6 learn the game of lacrosse. The skills that will be taught during the clinic include passing, catching, shooting, ground balls, dodging, and more.
The general practice plan for each day includes:
- Warm up/stretching
- Stick work
- Multiple skills stations, including ground balls, shooting, and stick work
Equipment needed for the clinic:
- Lacrosse stick
- Water bottle
If you need to borrow a lacrosse stick, please let Coach Chris Cummings know so there will be enough for everyone. If your camper has other equipment, such as a helmet, gloves, goggles, shoulder pads, or elbow pads, please bring them, but they not required.
Please email Sidwell Friends School boys’ lacrosse head coach Chris Cummings if you have any questions.
